When you train 'one to one' with me in Swanland, you get my undivided attention. I design your programme based on your requirements.
Do you like working out with weights? We can include resistance exercises and I can track your progress, advising on how and when to push your limits just that little bit further.
Do you really enjoy kettlebell training? Let's include kettlebell routines in your programme.
At the same time, if there's any particular exercise you don't like, we don't include it. Having said that, please don't miss out on any exercise just because it's hard! It just may be the very thing to get you to where you want to be.
