Personal Training In Your Own Home
Whether you want to train in the complete privacy of your own home, outside in a local park or even in a small group from 2 to 6 people, I can come to you and fit in with your busy lifestyle. Just some of the services I offer are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions and full "one to one" training programmes with nutritional advice for weight management.

Programmes Designed Individually For You
When you take advantage of my one to one training, you get far more personal attention than you could by attending fitness classes. That's why my group classes are limited to a maximum of 6 people. I need to keep an overview of each individual.
There's nothing at all wrong with taking part in fitness classes with your friends, but as a "one size fits everyone" programme they are not designed specifically for you.
Your needs are unique. The way to achieve your dream fitness level and nutritional balance is unique. My entire approach to personal training is completely unique to you. I do not simply copy an existing routine, I take into account your needs, your personal weight goals, your fitness levels and your likes and dislikes. I then create an entirely bespoke programme and help you to follow it.
Ensuring Correct Form To Maximize Results
I can keep your physical movements on track with the correct form, helping you to avoid injuries and to maximise your results. You'll put in the effort to change, you deserve to get the very best results that you can.
If you train completely alone or in a large group session, it's very common for exercise form to suffer. This is another reason that my group sessions are strictly limited to a maximum of 6 people. I maintain an overview of your movements, your levels of exertion and your progress to ensure that you stay on the right course.
